Vijay Mandal or Bijay Mandal

Bijay Mandal or Vijay Mandal is considered to be the palace of Muhammad-bin-Tughlaq the Turkic Sultan of Delhi and a a scholar of logic, philosophy, mathematics, astronomy, physical sciences and calligraphy, constructed in the first half of the 14th Century.
