Wazwan is a multi-course meal in Kashmiri cuisine, the preparation of which is considered an art and holds a place of pride in Kashmiri culture and identity. The Wazas claim to be the descendants of master chefs who migrated from parts of central Asia to Kashmir in the 15th century.
