MUMBAI, INDIA - DECEMBER 19: Police arrests Ramesh Bhanushali owner of Bhanu Farsan shop Kharirani Road in Makharia Compound and taken to Andheri Police Station on December 19, 2017 in Mumbai, India. The fire at Bhanu Farsan shop claimed the lives of 12 workers who were reportedly asleep on the premises. According to police, Bhanushali had allegedly illegally purchased commercial cylinders and had employed a minor boy in the factory. The boy was one of the 12 victims.
