NEW DELHI, INDIA - AUGUST 20: Mohd Jamshed, the member-traffic and director general (Health) Railway Board with other officers briefing the media about the Kalinga Utkal Express derailment in Khatauli (Muzzafarnagar) at Rail Bhawan, on August 20, 2017 in New Delhi, India. Mohd Jamshed said that the Utkal Express derailment was an unfortunate incident where around 24 people died and 156 were injured when 14 coaches of the Puri-Haridwar-Kalinga derailed.
