NEW DELHI, INDIA - MAY 26: Delhi Police commissioner Amulya Patnaik launched 'Parakram' Commando vans for 10 different places in the city to counter terrorism activities, on May 26, 2017 in New Delhi, India. DCP (PCR) Monica Bhardwaj told 10 vans will be deployed at different locations which include Palika Bazar, Select City Walk, Jhandewalan, Vijay Chowk, Akhsardam Temple, Lotus Temple, Pacific Mall, Netaji Subash Place, Police Head Quarters ITO and Chandni Chowk.
