64th National Film Awards

NEW DELHI, INDIA - MAY 3: Mohan Lal receives special Jury National Film Award from President of India Pranab Mukherjee during the 64th National Film Awards at Vigyan Bhawan, on May 3, 2017 in New Delhi, India. President Pranab Mukherjee congratulated and honoured the winners of the 64th National Film Awards on Wednesday. Akshay Kumar was given the Best Actor award for Rustom while Surabhi Jyothi was given the Best Actress Award for Malayalam film Minnaminungu (The Firefly). The six industries of the south -- Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Tulu and Konkani -- bagged a total of 18 awards, while movies from Assam, Bengal, Maharashtra and Manipur won in different categories.
